Change4Life have launched a new campaign to kickstart the New Year in a bid to reduce our sugar intake. The Change4Life campaign is targeted at children and families but has key messages for us all to take away.
Over half of the sugar that kids eat comes from snacks and drinks. Whilst snacks are good for us when part of a healthy balanced diet we should aim for snacks that are 100 calories or less.
