As part of our Wellbeing Wednesdays, local practitioner Marie Cleary is giving you the chance to try out Tai Chi for free.
Marie will be teaching Taiji – Qi Gong. These are gentle, flowing exercises, based on Yang style Tai Chi. The exercises in Taiji Qi Gong are performed slowly and mindfully; gently stretching the muscles, loosening the joints, improving balance and promoting a sense of calm.
The gentle, rhythmic movements and slow pace mean that it is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.
